Condé Nast announced that it has hired Susan Plagemann as vp, publisher of Vogue, while expanding publishing director Tom Florios role.   Plagemann came from rival Hearst Magazines, where she had the same title at Marie Claire. She fills the role previously held by Florio, who was publisher of Vogue in addition to having a publishing director title.
