Director runs over to 'Roadkill'


May 27, 2009 Bill Perkins is producing and financing the indie via his Lleju Prods. "Roadkill" revolves around two amateur private detectives who take on more than they anticipated when they agree to protect a high-end escort being pursued by a female assassin. Stockwell has directed "Turistas," "Blue Crush," "crazy/beautiful" and "Middle of Nowhere," which premiered last year at the Toronto International Film Festival.
