Amber Tamblyn moving to 'Main Street'
March 26, 2009 The news follows word of Orlando Bloom entering negotiations to star as a small-town policeman and Andrew McCarthy being cast as a business manager. Tamblyn has had a number of high-profile big-screen roles, including the part of Tibby in "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" and a lead role opposite Michael Douglas in upcoming noir remake "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt." On the television side, the Endeavor-repped actress is set to star in the upcoming ABC midseason procedural "The Unusuals" and starred as the title character in CBS' supernatural drama "Joan of Arcadia."
