Impact dives after 'Akula' heist thriller
November 07, 2006 Impact Pictures has acquired the heist thriller "The Akula Job," written by Mark DiStefano. The script revolves around a master thief who is recruited by a female DEA agent determined to pull off a diamond heist from a submarine in constant motion, 600 meters below the surface of the ocean. The project will be financed by Impact's parent company Constantin Film.
