ABC orders 'Funniest' thing


July 01, 2009 ABC has ordered a new reality competition show from two "Last Comic Standing" producers in which comedians have to be funny on the fly. "Funniest" could represent a more urgent take on the comic-competition series format made popular by "Standing," which ran for several years on NBC until it was canceled in 2008.
