Four join 'Proposal'


March 20, 2008 Malin Akerman, Mary Steenburgen, Craig T. Nelson and Aasif Mandvi have joined the cast of Touchstone's romantic comedy "The Proposal." The story centers on a publishing executive (Bullock) who forces her assistant (Reynolds) to marry her so she can avoid deportation to Canada. Mandeville's David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are producing; Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are executive producing.
