Amanda Peet joining 'Gulliver's Travels'


April 27, 2009 Aliens co-director Rob Letterman is helming the pic, which was written by Nicholas Stoller and Joe Stillman. The modern retelling follows travel writer Lemuel Gulliver, who heads to an assignment in the Bermuda Triangle only to end up on the secret island of Lilliput, home to a population of industrious tiny people. Peet, repped by Gersh and Management 360, most recently appeared in "The X-Files: I Want to Believe."
