ITV lines up game shows, dramas

November 18, 2008 ITV director of television Peter Fincham is putting feel-good entertainment at the heart of his network's winter/spring season. On Tuesday, Britain's biggest commercial broadcaster unveiled a lineup that includes new primetime game show "The Color of Money," the return of classic TV bloopers show "It'll Be Alright on the Night" and a revamped version of '80s cult challenge show "The Krypton Factor." ITV also will air its hotly anticipated London-based version of "Law & Order," but Fincham admitted that, under the current financial circumstances, factual shows are easier to commission than costly new dramas.
