Crowded House set to regroup for tour
January 24, 2007 WELLINGTON - Crowded House, the Australian-New Zealand band that generated a series of hits in the late 1980s before they split up in 1996, looks set to regroup and go on a world tour this year, a newspaper said Tuesday. New Zealand's The Dominion Post newspaper said frontman Neil Finn and bass player Nick Seymour were auditioning drummers in Melbourne. The band's original drummer, Paul Hester, committed suicide in 2004.
