Spanish digital forum sets this year's agenda

October 29, 2008 The second edition of Spain's International Forum of Digital Content (FICOD) will address intellectual property, new business models for digital product and opportunities in Latin America, organizers said Wednesday. The two-day Intellectual Property in the Digital Environment conference will run parallel to the forum, which also will offer a spotlight on Colombia -- which recently adopted the European digital television standard, digital video broadcasting. An initiative of Spain's Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, FICOD expects some 5,000 executives from every sector linked to digital content to attend the forum to be held in Madrid's Juan Carlos I Conference Center.
