'Grey' shifts for Vernoff, Noxon


April 24, 2007 Faced with the prospect of running two big medical dramas next season, Shonda Rhimes has picked Krista Vernoff as the day-to-day point person on "Grey's Anatomy." On "Grey's," the highest-rated scripted series this season, Rhimes will continue to serve as executive producer alongside Vernoff, Mark Gordon and Betsy Beers. On the potential spinoff series, slated to test the waters as a two-hour "Grey's" episode May 3, she will executive produce alongside Noxon, Gordon and Beers.
