Ghost House Underground takes two
May 16, 2008 A tale of high school students who band together to save their town from the living dead, "Dance," written by Joe Ballarini and produced by Bishop and Ehud Bleiberg through Bleiberg Entertainment's Compound B label, debutted at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin earlier this year. Lionsgate will distribute the pic, screening in the Cannes market, in North America in October as part of the new Ghost House Underground's inaugural direct-to-video horror slate. In a separate deal, Underground also acquired "No Man's," a horror thriller starring Michael Muhney, Desmond Askew, Mircea Monroe and Robert Pine, which was produced by The Institution, a financing, development and production company.
