Rosenberg bent on SAG second act

January 05, 2007 I'm excited about (national executive director) Doug Allen's coming aboard starting Monday, and I would love to join him at the negotiating table in the 2008 contract negotiations, working on behalf of our members. Leading the nearly 120,000-member guild since September 2005, Rosenberg previously had said that he wanted to discuss his future plans with his wife, actress Marg Helgenberger, and other family members. SAG races tend to be marked by factional disputes, but Rosenberg has mounted a major effort at mending fences among disparate constituencies and has visited 18 of SAG's far-flung regional branches during his first term.
