Two join HBO's 'Ninth'


May 29, 2008 "Ninth" is a gritty drama set in 1972 in the New York Police Department, which is struggling with fiscal problems and allegations of corruption. Milch wrote the pilot with Bill Clark; the duo also are executive producers. Lotan, who next appears in HBO Films' miniseries "Generation Kill," is repped by Gersh and Luber Roklin.
