Curtin hangs with ABC's 'Girls'


March 20, 2007 Emmy winner Jane Curtin has joined ABC's comedy pilot "Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office," Lex Medlin has been tapped to co-star opposite Ricki Lake in ABC's comedy pilot "The Middle," and Lauren Bittner has landed the lead in the CW's untitled Maggie Friedman drama pilot.   "Nice Girls" centers on the struggles of a "nice girl" (Jayma Mays) to make it in the corporate world.   "Middle," from WBTV, chronicles the daily life of an extended lower middle-class family in the Midwest through the eyes of the harried but happy mom (Lake).
