CBS continued its winning ways in Tuesday's primetime, with first-run "Big Brother 6" topping a slew of reality series in the adults 18-49 demographic and a repeat of "NCIS" beating everything in total viewers.
Preliminary data released Wednesday morning by Nielsen Media Research showed "Big Brother 6" (9 million, 3.5 rating/9 share in the demo) outpaced every other Tuesday show in adults 18-49.
The night wasn't as fortunate for other reality shows, including NBC's "Meet Mr. Mom" (5.2 million, 2.0/6) at 8 p.m., NBC's "Tommy Lee Goes To College" (5.6 million, 2.7/7) at 9 p.m. and CBS's "Rock Star: INXS" (6.4 million, 3.0/8) at 10 p.m. Fox carried two hours of the "2005 Teen Choice Awards," averaging 4.8 million viewers and a 2.0/6 in the demo.
