ABC scored its first weekly win of the season in the adults 18-49 demographic on the strength of the last "Monday Night Football" installment of the season, which was the most-watched program of the week in adults 18-49 by a wide margin.
CBS still took the total-viewer crown for the week (9.7 million) thanks to Sunday's "60 Minutes" interview with Michael Jackson, which delivered the newsmagazine's highest demos in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 of the season-to-date.
Tradition reigned Wednesday, Christmas Eve, as NBC won the night by a comfortable margin with its annual telecast of the Frank Capra holiday classic "It's a Wonderful Life."
