CBS Corp. has reached a multimillion-dollar legal settlement with radio shock jock Howard Stern, his agent Don Buchwald and current Stern employer Sirius Satellite Radio. According to sources, Stern and Sirius are getting multiyear access to the Stern radio content library as part of the settlement. While a Sirius spokesman declined comment on the potential use, at least one industry observer predicted that Sirius would use some of the old Stern content on its Stern channels.
