Bill Duke, director of "Deep Cover," "Sister Act 2" and "Hoodlum," has been signed to direct Fathom Motion Picture Co.'s "Blacktime, Whitenoise," set to start filming in the summer. Stave Adams and Bill Snyder will produce, along with the director's company, Duke Media. Fathom president Craig Marquardo and Erick "Bo" Baquero of Parasol Films, a sister company of Fathom, will executive produce.
