The Walt Disney Co. is ponying up a seven-figure sum to acquire Terry Rossio and Bill Marsilii's spec script "Deja Vu" for Jerry Bruckheimer to produce.
Brought in by the studio's production topper Nina Jacobson and executive vp production Jason Reed, the script is being closely guarded and is described only as a police procedural with time-travel elements and a love story.
Rossio and Elliott will executive produce "Deja Vu."
