Jealousy's a killer, albeit not in any of the conventional ways, in the new import from South Korea's Kim Ki-duk. Like an O. Henry tale with a nasty modern edge, "Time" is more accessible than some of the filmmaker's more extreme work, and should fare better at the box office. Vanishing mysteriously from Ji-woo's life, she has her face remade in a gory plastic surgery so she can meet Ji-woo again (after the scars heal) in a fresh new package.
