Four Indonesian filmmakers, veteran documentary and feature-film director Garin Nugroho, and three younger directors  Tonny Trimarsanto, Viva Westi and Lianto Luseno  were brought together by producer Christine Hakim to record the struggle of the people to recover and reclaim their lives. The result is a natural for film festivals and select art house showings. The most demoralizing losses are those family and friends.
