"Blue" revolves around a Boston detective who is desperately trying to combat an escalating drug war between an old-school Irish mob boss and a group of young thugs, only to learn that some of his family members might be involved. Also with Millennium, the company is in postproduction on "King of California," starring Michael Douglas, and the Al Pacino starrer "88 Minutes," being directed by Jon Avnet. Cummings, known in animation circles for his voice work, was a writer on "Southie," a crime flick starring Donnie Wahlberg and Rose McGowan.
