Robert Duvall stars as Print Ritter, a grizzled but decent type who, in his own way, is as watchable as Augustus McCrae in "Lonesome Dove." Ritter's sister willed him her ranch instead of passing it along to her estranged son, Tom Harte (Thomas Haden Church).
