The actors have joined the cast of Peter Jackson's "King Kong" for Universal Pictures alongside Naomi Watts, Jack Black and Adrien Brody.
Bell will play a young cameraman who accompanies Black's character, a filmmaker, on a quest to find the giant gorilla, while Parke portrays the first mate on the Venture, the tramp steamer that sails to Skull Island.
Jackson and Fran Walsh are producing the remake under their WingNut Films banner.
