Ashton Holmes and Emily Blunt have signed on to topline the horror-thriller "Wind Chill" for Revolution Studios. Helmed by Greg Jacobs, "Wind Chill" follows two college students sharing a ride home for the holidays whose car breaks down on a deserted stretch of road and who are menaced by the ghosts of all those who died there. Holmes, who appeared in David Cronenberg's "A History of Violence," is repped by ICM and Anonymous Content.
