The high school comedy takes the classic book "The Art of War," by Sun Tzu, and uses it as a template for how to approach surviving the social politics of high school. Sabeti had spent much of the past six years toiling in assistant circles at such companies as ICM and WB Network while trying get his writing career off the ground. The book is a military treatise written in the sixth century B.C. by Tzu and was made as common as K-rations by Michael Ovitz, who handed them out to his troops.
