Shooting is under way in Los Angeles with Element Films -- the combined company of Samy Boy Entertainment and HSI Entertainment -- fully financing. Set in the San Fernando Valley, the project revolves around a delusional man (Edward Norton) who believes that he's a cowboy and the relationship he starts with a rebellious young woman (Evan Rachel Wood). Bill Migliore, Norton's producing partner at his Universal Pictures-based Class 5 Films, is serving in a producer capacity.
