Parker's pot-dealing suburban mom alter ego Nancy Botwin is now taking her business to the next level after the bakery that served as the front for her marijuana business burns down. The equally colorful characters surrounding Nancy in the painfully square enclave of Agrestic include Celia (the marvelous Elizabeth Perkins), who appears to have beaten cancer and is now running for the City Council seat of happy-go-lucky Doug (Kevin Nealon).
