Carla Gugino is in final negotiations to star opposite Ben Stiller in "Night at the Museum" for 20th Century Fox. Shawn Levy is directing the live-action/CG comedy, which centers on a goodhearted but bumbling security guard (Stiller) who works at a natural history museum where he accidentally trips an ancient curse that causes the animals and insects on display to come to life. Gugino, who played the eponymous character on ABC's "Karen Sisco," also starred in the "Spy Kids" trilogy.
