Alas, coming from such heavyweight filmmakers as producers Lynda Obst and Robert Evans, this boy-meets-girl movie is a chore to sit through. Marketing may triumph for a solid opening weekend, but the excessively talky and anemically funny final product will lose its momentum in 10 days or less.
