Some NBC Universal ops moving from 30 Rock


May 07, 2008 It's likely that NBC will give up significant space at 30 Rock, not to mention its other offices on Madison Avenue, Park Avenue and Chelsea Market. The new facility, which will be environmentally sound, also will have a conference center, fitness center, commissary and a childcare and health center. The East Coast plans mirror what NBC Uni has done in Los Angeles with the plans for a West Coast News and Content Center as well as the multimillion-dollar renovation of NBC News at 30 Rock, where a new newsroom and MSNBC was opened last year.
