'Dupree' team sold on Uni comedy
December 06, 2006 Universal-based Scott Stuber and Mary Parent have dipped into their development fund to pick up an untitled comedy pitch from "Dupree" writer Mike LeSieur. While details are being kept under wraps, the project is a high-concept comedy set at a Las Vegas sales convention. Stuber and Parent are in postproduction on "The Kingdom," being directed by Peter Berg and starring Jamie Foxx.
