David Carradine's death forces film recast
June 05, 2009 The death of David Carradine has forced a recast of what was to be his next project, the indie drama "Portland," on the eve of principal photography in Portland, Ore., Los Angeles and along the Pacific coast. Carradine, who was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room this week, was to co-star in the feature about the death of a young wanderer that connects a trio of damaged souls.
