Ron White inks deal with Comedy Central
April 22, 2009 On the heels of his latest highly rated stand-up special on Comedy Central, Ron White has inked a deal with the network for his own show. Comedy Central has handed out a pilot presentation order to "The Ron White Show," a half-hour program designed to showcase the blue-collar comedian's opinionated persona. White's most recent special, "Behavioral Problems," drew 3.3 million viewers Sunday, ranking as Comedy Central's most-watched stand-up special of the year.
