Video is stealth 'Chicken' promo

July 01, 2009 While it was a billed as "Breckin Meyer Responds to Perez Hilton," the video in fact is a stealth promo written by "Robot Chicken" creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, head writer Tom Root and Meyer to tease AdultSwim's unusual campaign in support of the DVD release of the show's extended "Star Wars Episode II" special. Green and Senreich are strapping on skates to host a nine-city roller-rink tour across America, which will feature performances by hip-hop band Gym Class Heroes and appearances by "Robot Chicken" writers, producers, voice cast members, including Meyer, as well as guest bands. Star Wars Episode II Roller Skating Tour kicks off Aug. 1 in Los Angeles, with stops in Las Vegas, Denver, Kansas City, Mo., Indianapolis, Richmond, Va., Philadelphia and New York.
