VH1 gives show to 'Rock' runner-up


October 10, 2008 Viewers can submit themselves for consideration for the show, which premieres in spring 2009, and also vote on their favorite candidates starting this week. The "Rock of Love 2" finale, in which Bret Michaels chose Ambre Lake over De La Hoya, averaged 5 million total viewers. Daisy of Love" is created and executive produced by Mark Cronin and Cris Abrego for 51 Minds Entertainment, which also produces "Rock of Love.
