Fox Atomic buys Kurzon's 'Inheritance'
August 17, 2007 Fox Atomic has acquired Nick Kurzon's comedy pitch "Spending My Inheritance" for mid-six figures. The story centers on a twenty-something slacker enjoying life beyond his means who reluctantly moves home only to find his once-frugal father living life to the fullest and spending the money his son had counted on inheriting. Comedy scribe Scot Armstrong, whose credits include "Starsky & Hutch," "Old School" and the upcoming Ben Stiller starrer "The Heartbreak Kid," and Ravi Nandan are producing "Inheritance" through their American Work shingle.
