Fox gives 13-episode order to 'Brothers'
May 15, 2009 The pilot about the relationship between a retired NFL player (retired ball player Michael Strahan) and his wheelchair-bound brother (Darryl "Chill" Mitchell) was one of the last ones picked up by Fox. CCH Pounder also stars in the low-key comedy that received strong feedback during Fox's pilot screenings last week. The Sony/Tantamount project joins dramas "Human Target," "Past Life" and "Glee" and comedies "Cleveland" and "Sons of Tucson" as new shows planned for next season on Fox.
