SnagFilms links up with festivals


April 23, 2009 Hot Docs (the Canadian International Documentary Festival), Outfest (the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival), and North Carolina's Full Frame Documentary Film Festival -- and two organizations, CINE and the International Documentary Association. Under the arrangement, the fests and organizations will have dedicated channels on SnafFilms.com to screen films; links from SnagFilms.com and the partners' Web sites to the indieWIRE.com resource page as well as to indieWIRE's coverage of the festivals and other award events; branded multiplex widgets; and a platform for future co-premieres, where a film debuts live at the festival and on SnagFilms.com.
