'Cold Case' showrunner inks new deal


September 29, 2009 "Cold Case" executive producer/co-showrunner Greg Plageman has inked a two-year overall deal with the series' producer, Warner Bros. Under the pact, Plageman will continue to co-run the veteran CBS crime drama with Jennifer Johnson. "Cold Case," starring Kathryn Morris as a Philadelphia homicide detective in charge of solving cold cases, returned this fall for a seventh season.
