HBO Renews Entourage for Sixth Season
October 06, 2008 HBO may have bought Vince Chase a little more time to engineer a post-Medellín comeback, as the premium cable net has picked up its half-hour comedy strip Entourage for a sixth season. Last month, Entourage star Jeremy Piven won his third straight Emmy for best supporting actor in a comedy for his performance as ruthless agent Ari Gold. Five episodes into the fifth season of Entourage, Vince (Adrian Grenier) continues to weather the blowback from the disastrous Medellín, a bloated Pablo Escobar biopic that went straight to DVD after it earned a critical savaging at Cannes.
