'Da Vinci' heavenly on DVD charts


November 23, 2006 The controversial film, from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, topped both the national DVD sales and rental charts the week ending Nov. 19. Another comedy that experienced moderate success in theaters, 20th Century Fox's "John Tucker Must Die" ($41 million), debuted at No. 5 on the DVD sales chart. "Accepted" debuted at No. 9 on Home Media Magazine's rental chart, with earnings estimated at $3.8 million.
