Derek Luke joins TV rotation in NBC's 'Trauma'
February 25, 2009 Film actor Derek Luke is making his foray into television with a starring role on NBC's drama pilot "Trauma." Kevin Rankin also is set and Cliff Curtis and Jamey Sheridan are in negotiations to join him on the UMS-produced project, a medical procedural about a team of EMTs. Luke will play a stoic trauma doctor who tries to be a good family man.
