Palisades Media snaps up Tartan U.K. library


July 09, 2008 U.S. print and advertising company Palisades Media Corp. has acquired a majority of Tartan Films U.K.'s 400-plus film library as part of a drive into digital delivery. Palisades picked up Tartan's U.S. library assets in May when the distributor shuttered its stateside home video arm. Palisades Media Corp. and its subsidiary Palisades Pictures provide print and advertising financing for the independent film market.
