Comcast, MGM in VOD pact


August 12, 2008 Impact also will feature special programming themes created around such action genres as thrillers, crime, espionage, Westerns, war and martial arts. MGM Worldwide Television co-president Jim Packer said MGM's library has more than 1,000 titles that fit the action category, while Comcast Cable senior vp new media Matt Strauss added that movies are "a very popular feature on VOD."
