After faltering a bit in its Monday debut with a late start on the East Coast because of football, ABC's "Nightline" recovered Tuesday in the ratings.
Monday's "Nightline" -- which was anchored by Cynthia McFadden live in New York and featured a report by Terry Moran in Iraq -- didn't begin until 12:45 a.m. ET because of a late-running "Monday Night Football."
