The show is designed to be a blend of suspense thriller and family drama as it tracks a kidnapping through the course of the television season. The project was penned by Jason Smilovic, who will executive produce alongside Michael Dinner, who is set to direct the pilot, and 25C's Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly. The story will be told from multiple points of view, from the kidnappers to the family members to the victim.
