Mindfire Entertainment has announced its plans to turn the popular Eidos video game "Fear Effect" into a feature film, with director Stanley Tong in talks to helm the action picture.
Dead or Alive is set to produce with Mindfire chairman Mark Gottwald and senior vp business affairs Chuck Speed, based on a screenplay by Steve Kriozere.
Impossible meets Silent Hill, adding that the film will faithfully follow the story line of the original PlayStation game.
