NEW YORK -- "Celebrity Duets" carried a strong tune Tuesday, with its two-hour premiere leading Fox to a primetime victory in two key measures. The two-hour premiere featured performances by actress Lea Thompson, actor/comedians Hal Sparks and Cheech Marin and "Xena" star Lucy Lawless, paired with musical legend Smokey Robinson, platinum recording artist Michael Bolton and country music star Lee Ann Womack, among others. Meanwhile NBC's "Fear Factor" (5.1 million, 1.8/5) sank to its lowest ratings of the summer and well below its summer average of a 2.2/7.
